i don't know much about the hostings for DNN

I was hosted an websecure stores but I could not create child portals there so I moved to alpshost and here I have child 5portals . But then I get this problem if I want to have e mail from child portal it's impossible,  I have  to separate it as  a totally different website to have e mail from that site...

I was wondering is it everywhere like this? child portals can't have their e mails?

There isn't really much of a difference between child and parent sites. It's just the way the application resolves which portal to display through the portal location that was used to reach the site.

When you say child sites can't have their emails, just what do you mean? Sorry if I am being stupid. The site admin e-mail can be set to whatever you like, can't it? Can you give an example of what you'd like?

If you are looking to setup multiple sites with mutiple URLs that each have their own email domain.  You will need to most likely have a Multiple domain hosting account with your hosting provider. Each URL would be setup as a pointer to the default installation of DNN, then your hosting provider would take care of setting up the SMTP process for it.
