I agree of requirements, but i think we should wait a little more to have a stable release. In my side, stable release is better. I had a plan about releasing some tutorials for DNN 4.5.0 but, i delayed the announcement due to delay of release date.

I heard the release is imminent.

 im·mi·nent
Pronunciation: 'i-m&-n&nt
Function: adjective
Etymology: Latin imminent-, imminens, present participle of imminEre to project, threaten, from in- + -minEre (akin to Latin mont-, mons mountain) -- more at MOUNT
: ready to take place; especially : hanging threateningly over one's head <was in imminent danger of being run over>
- im·mi·nent·ly adverb

Oh, I have no clue what the core folks are up to, but I think we on the outside should vote on it.

Perhaps the word we really should study is:

Patience (Pa"tience) (?), n.
[F. patience, fr. L. patientia. See Patient.]

1. The state or quality of being patient; the power of suffering with fortitude; uncomplaining endurance of evils or wrongs, as toil, pain, poverty, insult, oppression, calamity, etc. "Strenthened with all might, . . . unto all patience and long-suffering." Col. i. 11. "I must have patience to endure the load." Shak. "Who hath learned lowliness From his Lord's cradle, patience from his cross." Keble.
2. The act or power of calmly or contentedly waiting for something due or hoped for; forbearance. "Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all." Matt. xviii. 29.
