I have recently successfully updated a DNN install from 3.1.1 to 4.4.1. I say successfully in that everything that was in the old version is working in the new.

However, whenever I try to install a new core module that goes into the \App_Code\ folder I am getting a compiler error stopping everything in its tracks:

Compiler Error Message: BC30560: 'SqlHelper' is ambiguous in the namespace 'Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data'.

The DNN site started as a 2.1.2 one.

Can anyone help with a solution?  I have tried installing the new XML, Reports and survey all with the same error.

I have already done the upgrade including a range of third party modules which installed with no problems/errors. It's just some of the core modules that  i am having problems with.

What should I do if I have already upgraded the core?

With the old VB files I can do that based on the file date but how do you identify the orphan dll files?
