I'm hoping someone can put my mind at ease. About three days ago I purchased a module from ucanuse called "user attributes 2.9". After I made the purchase, I was informed I would recieve an email with a link to the download.  Usually I instantly receive access. But, this time I had not heard from the vendor of user attributes. I then email a request for the download or link to the download. No response. I then finally received a response stating that he was sorry and he emailed me the link. Well, I do not have the email of the link. I request that he resend the email and I have not heard from him since. This is over a span of three days. Is he ok or should I get a refund?

I have used UCanUse User Attributes on a couple of sites and it is pretty powerful...not totally intuitive, but pretty powerful nonetheless.

I do know that they are located in UK and sometimes it was not always as easy to reach them. Richard seemed pretty responsive though for me. I see that you have also posted on their forums.

I would give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully it will work out.

XMod is a tremendously powerful tool but not really designed for member related stuff. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Did you get User Attributes from SnowCovered? If so, you should be able to go to the Patches and Hotfixes for your account and see it there. I think the latest version is 2.9.

Are you checking to ensure that the email has not gone to the junk folder?
