Hi,

I upgraded my website from 4.0 to 4.5.1.   It went great, everything seemed to be working.

I started editing some pages with text/html modules in them.  It was working as normal for a while.  About after 20 minutes of editing, I get this error.

DotNetNuke Error: - Version 04.05.01

Index was outside the bounds of the array.

That error is on *every page* of my website except the homepage....  Check it out.  This is live by the way, so any prompt insight will be very helpful and appreciated...  www.shidler.hawaii.edu

Wait a sec, why does the error message say DNN 4.05.01?

Please please help....

-Tim

Alright, it's been about 20 mins since my post...the site is magically working again.  I'm assuming something that was cached in memory got dumped/timed out.

What caused this?  Why did this happen?  Has this happened to anyone before?  I don't want my site to go down for 20 minutes at random times while making simple updates.

I am having this exact issue and I am receiving the same error jeewun is describing:

DotNetNuke Error: - Version 04.05.01

Index was outside the bounds of the array.

I am going to try the solution that requires a 20 minute break...

Can anyone shed a bit of light onto how this may have happened?

If you are able to get back into the site, have a look at the Event Viewer and let us know if you find errors in the log for that time.  If you can post the log info (removing URL's if needed) we can take a look
