Hi dear DNN admins and users!

I have a lil question. I have unziped the DNN Framework (Source) and placed it in a folder named "DotNetNukeVBVS". I opened the solution file "DotNetNuke.sln" in Visual Studio. This opening process created somehow a virtual directory with the name "DotNetNuke_2" automaticaly. In "Readme.txt" file in folder "Documentation" is written: Unzip file, make a new virtual directory with the name "DotNetNuke", make a new database "DotNetNuke" on SQL Server etc etc. What is now the correct way? Should I do these steps before I open the solution file? Did the solution file opening process that, because it didn't found a virtual directory with the name "DotNetNuke" and made this "_2" behind this name = "DotNetNuke_2"?

Thanks
Miss Arzu Bazman

Edit the sln file with a text editor like notepad.  On the 3rd line, change the URL to where your installation is.  Currently it's set to DotNetNuke_2.  Change it to what appies to you.
