Is it going to be features.. or stability?

I thought there was a discussion of users on the forum that would like to see a bug fixing release..  no new features?   Anyone know where that is ..

I have many examples but here is one 3 months old..  that is easy to fix.   Unfortunately, it makes the core framework appear not well tested.

FYI: those figures do not exactly represent work that needs to be done. If you follow their link in you'll see that many are marked as checked in with a status of checked in/complete or withdrawn/duplicate, which just means that they have to be validated by the QA team.

I will contact the QA team and ask them to process the completed items to bring the count down to a more representative size.

Also it should be noted that these levels do not necessarily represent the actual severity of the bug.  Just looking at showstoppers, I see a couple that are actually "by-design" based on the comments (even though the bug is still unnassigned).  Also, until the bug is assigned and triaged, the severity is what was set by the user who entered the bug and therefore does not necessarily represent the true severity of the bug.  A bug for which a workaround exists or that only occurs in a very small edge case is likely not a showstopper.  There is no way to tell the actual severity of the bug from just the summary.
