I am just wondering how big of a project it is to upgrade from version 2.1.2 to the current release?  I have a client that has a site that has been 90% complete on 2.1.2 for over a year and they want it brought the other 10%.  I have been considering telling them I don't want to touch it unless we upgrade at the same time.  Running the 2.0 framework is not a big deal for them but they also have an ecommerce module installed which may pose problems, but that would be the least of my worries at this point.  Can someone give me some insight as to how big of an undertaking this would be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks
