I have 2 dnn instances, one on my local computer and one on a central dev server.

If I log into my local instance as host and go to file manager and click on upload
the page will repost and I see a file upload panel, with a text box and a browse
button with a hyperlink next to it for saving a file.

If I log into my central dev server and do the same thing, I see the page repost, but the
view doesn't change, I still see the file manager.

So how do I fix this ?

Also, there are some existing files that show up in file manager, if I click on the checkbox next
to the file in the right pane, an Icon appears in the lower right corner of the browser
that indicates there is an error, if I show the details it says dnn is undefined.

So what has happened ?
