Hi All DNN gurus

I want to redirect visitors to this url

http://www.callistor.com/lab/tabid/54/Default.aspx to this one instead http://www.callistor.com/laboratorieinredningar/tabid/54/Default.aspx . is there a feature that is letting med do this or do I have to reprogramme the dotnetnuke to make my own version if I want this to work ?

The difference between these 2 url is the path not the tabid because they are infact the same webpage ....

The standard feature of "Friendly Url" in dotnetnuke,

automaticly transform http://www.callistor.com/lab/tabid/54/Default.aspx

and http://www.callistor.com/laboratorieinredningar/tabid/54/Default.aspx

to http://www.callistor.com/Default.aspx?tabid=54

so you have wath you want i think.

But, you can also add somme redirections to the "Friendly Url" rules in the host setting to make custom redirections.

For more advancted,  you can use third partie "URL rewriting" extensions for dotnetnuke  like "HrefExchanger" from http://www.inventua.com or http://www.ventrian.com/Resources/Projects/FriendlyUrls.aspx

Good luck...

Sacha
