I'm not sure what that two virtual directories DotNetNuke and DotNetNuke_2 is all about for one thing.

The second thing is that I'm using Vista Home Premium with IIS7. This operating system does not use Windows Authentication so there is no way for me to debug. I'm doing a custom module development so I have to debug. I know that I can debug a web in Visual Studio.Net that uses the File System. Would there be a problem switching the web to a File System?

If you are using an IIS7 virtual directory:

In Visual Studio.Net 2005, Debug, Run without debugging.

After the web app starts, Debug, Attach to Process.

In Attach to Process window, Attach to Managed Code, Native Code. Attach to W3WP.EXE

Your breakpoints should now work.

I'm still not clear on why there are two virtual directories.
