Hi,

Can anyone recommend on some simple module to handle support tickets?
The requirements are just to let users open tickets and for admin to manage the tickets.

You may also want to check out Enterprise Forms.  It has forms and workflow engine that allow you to freely create a help desk interface and have it attached to a workflow for tickets management.
