I am New to DNN, We are Using DNN4.5.3

we Have Two Sites Where One site is developed In  DNN

If a member is registered in another site then the same info has to be registered in dnn site also

but here in dnn password is encrypted and then inserted into database and i dont know how the encryption goes .

any one knows how to insert user details in the dnn database.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have even tried adding reference dnn dll's and tried to use those methods for creating user but i am getting TypeInitialization Error.

Please help me in this matter

If Any One tell me how the Password / details of a member is inserted in aspnet_membership table in the database Thats more than enough to solve this problem. You can even mail me at rajesh@frontlinesoft.com

Thanks in Advance.

I use Bulk User Manager 2.4 module (buy at Snowcovered.com) and it works great.

Import users and export them with password (or update users etc.)

Just beware to secure it since if you can access the site you import a user as host user...

that is what the client is using previously, getting the user info into xml file, and importing that.

but he wants in another way, he wants to remove manwork(i.e. Importing XML file)

I have solved this Problem by creating nad using a webservice
