Hi

In Page Management I created a new page. I selected to copy a page already on my site. I selected 5of the already 8 listed modules from the page I wished to copy from. I set ONLY the NEW option to on for all these modules. It created a new page for me.

It erased all of the content in the copied page but left the modules in place. Of course I did not want it to do anything to my copied page, only use it to create the same modules on a new page.

I added an item in the document module in the created page. It also showed up in the copied page module, and it was non-editable there.

I edited the created page module and removed the added item. It was still non-editable. I had to erase the module from the copied page to get rid of the entry there.

I erased the created page and had to recreate the copied page.

I don't think it was to work this way, so be careful.

Any suggestions?
John

I assume, this is related to the following issue, that will be fixed in DotNetNuke 4.5.4:

I would agree that this appears to be related.

Are you running on 4.5.3?
