I am killing my head with this: How the hack can I backup DNN?

I was trying to do this by FTP, but i keeps taking me off and thats never end. Is there any other way to do the backup?

I haev a backup gude on my site (http://www.mitchelsellers.com)

If you are having problems downloading your files from your hosting provider, I would try to ask them to zip up the files and put them in a place where you can download the single file.  That is what I do to make my life easier...

i didn't find anything about backing up/restoring DNN on your website. can you help?

BTW, this article fogot to mention a 3rd alternative module: BackupNative, which can create "native" SQL Server backups and is free. Its is here: http://www.evotiva.com/Downloads/tabid/54/Default.aspx
