 To All,

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.04.01

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

 

This is the error.......I publish my DotNetNuke project..........then I try to run the published version & I get that above declared error........What I should I do ?

Pls help me........It,s  urjent...........

And the environment is....................

DotNetNuke version : 04.04.01

database:SQL SERVER 2000

ASP.NET 2.0

The error tells you that DNN can't connect to the database in the connection string.  That means your connection string doesn't match your database configuration for your published site.  Nobody here can tell you what it should be, it depends on your host configuration.  Ask your hosting company for help.
