Hi

For some reason i cant seem to intall any modules anymore.  It just tries for about ten mins and then times out.  Is there a maximum amount of modules or should i clear something from my database.

Any ideas would be great

Do you receive any error messages?  Have you checked the Event Log Viewer to see if DNN logged any errors?

Then you need to trace the source of the timeout.  The likely culprits are obviously IIS, the server OS, or SQL Server.  There are many providers of software to help you troubleshoot this.  DNN was running into something similar very recently.  Here is a great blog by Shaun Walker detailing the troubleshooting process.  I am sure this can help you:

By the way, I would begin with the SQL Server or any additional processes, software, and applications that the web server or sql server hosts.
