You may want to turn off that Weather forecast gizmo you have on the left of the page and possibly not include it in all pages.  The rendering of your page depends on that service and their server(s) to complete your page, and they are apparently not very fast.  I use a Weather gizmo from The Weather Channel and it seems to work pretty good, you can see it here:  www.hcmd.org.  I also noticed that the performance of your site is not consistent, it is sometimes fast and sometimes slower, you may be facing some other traffice management issues that are not related to DNN.

By the way, you forgot this link from the favorites in your site ;)

Carlos, how did you get the weather channel gizmo to work?  Every time I try and use their code, I just get a link to Minneapolis Weather.  I never get the fancy display.  I have been trying to paste the code into an html module, should I be doing it differently?  I have mentioned in the past that I do not really like our current weather module, but it worked, and none of the others I tried did...

With such a limited up stream you may also want to consider using the compression settings as they were created from problems just like this.

Also whats the spec on your sever etc as the resources given to IIS does make a difference.

That was a while ago, you made me think.  I also remember that it was tricky at the time and the solution is simple, put the code you get from them in a little HTML file and then on your DNN page invoke it from an IFrame module.  That works for me.  You can see my HTML file on this direct link: http://www.hcmd.org/WeatherAddIn.htm.  You have to play with the size and borders of the IFrame depending on what you want to do, mine is 330x180, no borders.

Hope this helps.
