Hi

I'm looking for 2 modules for my portal both they must have source included (or you can buy it)

First i'm looking for a more advance module for feedback, I want customers to send complaints the complaint should be stored in the db and sent to a email (can be different for each customer). The complaint should have some selections like type of complaint.

Second i'm looking for a module witch can makes it possible that a editors change content but a publisher must approve the content before its showed on the site.

If you know a good module please let me know it could save me loads of time if there is a nice module like this.

Thanx

Snowcovered and the Marketplace have several modules for each of your requests.  Form Master, Enterprise Forms, Dynamic Forms and XMod all come to mind,   Document Exchange Pro does your approval process, as do others.

You might look at Ventrian News Articles for the approval workflow of content.

Hi
I use Effority Workflow HTML module, its the standard text/ html module with version control. You can set different security roles to manage who is editing the content and who is approving the new versions. It doesn't email you though to tell you to go preview and update the current version though so the two people would have to be in close contact I emagine.

I use Orizonti NukeFeedback for directing customer email to the right person based on the subject they choose.

Both of these modules have worked flawlessly for me and I have liked them.
Good luck
Mike
