Can anyone suggest a fix for finding a crashed home page.   Im a newbie and inadvertantly while tinkering with the content pane of my homepage created a situation whereby a new page was created...  A second home page that listed only the content page...missing were the left and right panels.  I tried to retrieve through the recycle bin but neither of the two separate home pages were in the recycle file....I kept trying to activate the pages when they crashed.....now unable to display site at all....Advice welcome...

If you are trying to retrieve some lost modules you might want to go into your database at the dbo.modules table and see if any of the modules have an IsDeleted field set to true.  You could also try going into the database and going to the dbo.Tabs table and go to the home page that is gone and see if IsDeleted is set to flase.  other than that I don't know enough about what's going on to give you much better assistance. You also might want to go into the portals table and change your homepage to be a page in the site you know wasn't effected by the incident so you can at leats access the site to trouble shoot or even recreate some pages.
