Are there any twitter or friendfeed modules out yet? I could use an rss feed module but I would prefer something that uses the api and is a little more polished so the links are hyperlinked and @statisticsio gets linked to http://twitter.com/statisticsio etc.

What type of Twitter integration were you expecting?

My latest UserProfile module integrates with Twitter - you can change your status (ala Facebook status style) and it publishes it to Twitter).

For example, here is my poker player profile on PokerDIY, and you can see the last status update it sent to my PokerDIY Twitter. Future plans include pulling/pushing Facebook status as well...
