Well, just plunked down $50 for the Form Master 1.6 from Code 5 Systems, and I am VERY IMPRESSED with it! What a powerful tool. I built a very big entry form in about 10 minutes, the documentation is incredible, and it works without any issues at all. When someone has a bit of free time, the DNN Core team might want to look into providing some of the functionality of this module, it is really cool, and really usefull. To see my quick form click on this Membership Application. (Please don't submit an application unless you really are interested in joining the Northstar Camaro Club) A sample of the email I have it sending to the membership director and the regalia director when a form is filled out:

there are also free forms modules, e.g. Helferlein Forms at www.helferlein.com and AFAIK some of the core modules will get forms features in the future as well.

It is good to know that some of the core modules are looking at this type of functionality. I am in no way complaining about the efforts at DNN, just pointing out a very well organized, documented, and easy to use module. I think this type of functionality would really help showcase the power and usability of DNN.
