I have developed a site in dnn version 04.04.01 and added the nukemeup document control module in the website.
I have added several excel sheet file in a zip folder and uploaded them in the module.
Earlier the module was working fine. We were able to download the folder and extract the file from it and view the excel file.
But now after downloading and extracting the excel file is not showing its content. It says that the excel file is corrupted and shows something like this "#@%$Ã8 |0¯] ^ " characters in the file.
The file downloaded does not show any extension and when opened with Microsoft excel the error comes as "The File is not in a recognizable
Format. The same case is with the Microsoft word document file. When we download these files through admin>>file manager the files open normally.
Please suggest me the solution.

please try to contact the developer or vendor of the module, as this is not a core module, we cannot give support for it here.
