Hello everyone,

i am trying to get my Search mechanism working but can't manage to do so.

I have created a Search Results page on which i dropped on a Search results modules.

When i search for some text, the url tab id is the current tab id, instead of the Search Results page id.

If i change that id to the id of the search results page, it works fine.

How do i tell it to display the results on the search results page?

Is there anything else i should do?

I would appreciate any comments you can make.

Thanks,

M. Mourouti

make sure, there is only a single instance of the search results module in your portal on any page, including the conent of the recycle bin!

Hello,

thank you for your reply.

I figured it out after a bit cause i already had a search mechanism working in another website and the only difference was the multiple instances of the search results module in the database.

Thanks!
