Hi guys,

I'm new to DNN am after larnign the initial setup find it pretty easy to sue :) The client however would like to add reviews to each page as magazines review their products.

I have a side pane that i would like to use for these reveiws that the owner/admin can simply add to when there are more needed.

Does this exist? I have noticed, coming from a free liux backround that so much is for sale! Its rather sad to see so much stuff sold for a grat open source program. Is there a free module out there?

Thanks,
Paul

And here I thought it was always so sad that the great Linux programmers out there couldn't earn a dime off their work.  I've also been very sad that there are so many mediocre Linux/PHP/Open Source programmers too...

But, you could use any number of options for your project.  I'd personally use Ventrian's News Articles module, but if these are links to reviews elsewhere on the web the links module will do the job.  A Text/HTML module would do as well.  Announcements and the Blog module could be configured for this too.  It all really depends on the specifics you want.

And don't get me wrong, there are plenty of mediocre ASP.NET and DNN programmers too.  I'm one who probably fits in that group...  :)

Jeff
