I am running 4.9 on godaddy, and I am trying let an 'editor' user group edit one specific page.  anytime i try to edit permissions of any of my pages I get a "A critical error has occurred. Input string was not in a correct format."

This also happens when I try to change the 'Filter By Group:' from <Global Roles> to the 'editor' role.

They only way to go around this is when I create a new page, and from the new page settings, chech the box next to the correct user group.  Even then, when that user logs in, I cannot see the page which is set for 'editors' to view let alone, edit it.

This started happening after I added a permisstions group with a '|' in it...Did that break my SQL?  I get an error anytime i try to manipulate any permissions now, but I have deleted the permissions group.
