I recently installed the latest version of DNN 04.09.00 for a customer. All the pdf-files that I want to download from their homepage (http://bultsvetsteknik.se.space2u.com/Service/Reservdelar/ReservdelarBTH/tabid/81/Default.aspx) get the same name Linkclick.pdf. What can I do the let all pdf-files to keep their right names? Is there any problem with version 04.09.00 or is there some other way to fix this.

Thanks in Advanced
Farhood Saeidi

I checked the page and everything seems to download with the proper names for me. Did you get this fixed or are you still having the issue?

What internet browser are you using?  I have noticed in the past that some browsers have a bit of a problem with the way that linkclick.aspx processes files.

in addition, this might not only be caused by the browser, but also by a download add-in or add-on like GetRight, FlashGot or others.

We can reproduce this Problem in Detail!

This Problem Occures when we have installed on the Computer the Acrobat Writer Software. We have 5 Clients with the Writer was have this Problem and all other Computers works fine, when we install the Acrobat Writer on an additional Computer we have the problem also on this Computer.

The Problem Occures in IE 6,7 and 8 Beta. We have no Toolbars or Download-Managers in the Goverment-Network from our Customer!

We can also Reproduce this Problem on DNN 4.6.x, 4.8.x and 4.9.0.

We have no Solution for this but we have the same Problem and need here also a Solution.
