I have kind of a strange question. I'd like dnn to email all my users when we update or add new content to our site. Is there a module that will handle this? Thanks!

please use the Bulkmail ("Newsletter") Module in Admin menu for this purpose. Specify the desired role ("Registered Users" or "Subscribers"), enter a subject and text and send it. There are also options to attach a document, use token replace to address the user (e.g. "Dear [User:DisplayName,") or send BCC or even use a relay service to send by SMS.
