Hi, I am under great and increasing pressure to provide W3C compliant solutions for my clients.  There are now several places to have W3C compliant skins produced - and I have to say are very good at producing W3C compliant skins from my bespoke interface designs.  However, trying to source good W3C compliant modules is almost impossible.  Come on module authors - start producing W3C compliant modules - I don't even mind paying a bit more for them - I would just like some options here...what do you think?

How about telling each of the module authors exactly what their module does that isn't compliant?

Hi Jeff, Yes, I do provide comments and also, when I see a module that I like I will always approach them and ask if they are planning a W3C compliant upgrade.  Sometimes the response is positive however, the upgrades are usually planned for way off in the future.  W3C compliancy doesn't yet seem to be seen as a necessary requirement - I am sure that the module author that does come up with a range of W3C compliant modules will make a fortune - I know that my clients would spend more for this.
