Our company is looking to expand our product onto the DNN platform. We are a web application provider that provides a .NET application that tracks services/case management for homeless people, domestic violence victims, child services, etc (anyone that gets assistance from a non-profit or gov entity). I'm proud to say our system was the only system that was used to track Katrina in any city that recieved more than 10,000 refugees from day one. Our work is important and really helps people.
If you want a job:
* Where you can get paid to hack DNN.
* Where you get to do something that really helps people.
Than DSI is for you. Our company is based in Salt Lake City, UT. To inquire, send your resume to david@data-systems.com with "JOB" somewhere in the subject line.
Our use of the DNN will be to provide "self referral" to help people find service providers that can help them and to connect outside providers with limited shared information in cases where the client (person recieving service) approves of it. Security is a tantamount concern as our software is used to track, among other things, children, people with HIV, and domestic violence victims. Should our system be used in an emergency management capacity again as a missing persons database, some of this information will be selectively "opened up" to the DNN based portal product (just to be clear, with client consent only).
Wasn't 100% certain this was the right forum to post it but it seemed like the least likely to get me flamed for posting in the wrong topic :)
