Hi,

I run a taxi related website and I would like to offer my "registered" users the ability to add themselves to a Taxi Company Directory...

So far I am thinking I could do this in 3 ways....

Which way would you do it...

  1. Take users from a specific role and display them somehow?
  2. Use the Repository
  3. Use the User Defined Table

Thanks in advance!

Trev

You could try the DNNProfessor's Business Directory application.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I was hoping to do this without spending money on 3rd party apps if possible. This app seems to also need the "pre purchase" of XMOD. so it's going to get expensive.

I have been looking further into building a custom template for the repository module by copying one of the stock templates and trying to add and delete tokens/fields in it. I can't see why it shouldn't work but I consitently get the error message "ERROR: UNABLE TO READ REPOSITORY HEADER TEMPLATE: " whenever I do anything to them.

Has anyone built their own template? Am i barking up the wrong tree here?

Thanks

Trev
