I have been taksed with updating a very old DNN portal that is currently running v3.2.

One of the issues I have been informed that I will have to deal with is a replacement for the Speerio_FileManagerPro module. The site currently uses v3.00.01 of this module all over the place. The other piece of information I have is that this module doesn't upgrade to V4 and above.

I believe this module was created by Nik Kalyani many moons ago but is no longer supported.

The module is mainly being used to display a number of folders and documents in an intranet portal.

So any recommendations for a replacement?

Depending on the complexity of your needs I would look at the following modules.

Ventrian File Links

Xepient Solutions Open Document Library

Bring2Mind Document Exchange (DMX)
