Hi,

Anybody know where I can find a simple sample web to lead form that works within a DNN site. Preferably for free?

If you're asking for something for a form for a visitor to fill out that emails you their information when they submit it, the Form and List can be utilized for such.

im actually looking for a form that posts directly into Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a lead.

There are accelorators that do this but I dont want to whole site as I want to use my dnn site.
