Hi,

I recently upgraded my webiste from DNN 5.4.2 to 5.5.1 and for some reason the FileManager is disabled, i.e. all buttons and the file structure is not shown. I have tried looking for a solution but most people were in a different mode e.g. layout, view instead of Edit. With my issue, I am in edit mode and still cannot use the module. I also tried creating another host acount and have checked permissions on the _default folder but this does not solve my issue. Is there anyone that can spread some light into this issue or with a solution for this?

Yes I am in edit mode, but the file manager buttons are still disabled. I have been through a couple of forum posts, where that was the issue, but I have tried things and it is still not coming right?

I have checked module settings and permissions table and this is the result from the following query: SELECT * FROM [ndwedwe_lm].[dbo].[ModulePermission] Where ModuleID = 323; --323 is the File Manager ModulePermissionID ModuleID PermissionID AllowAccess RoleID UserID CreatedByUserID CreatedOnDate LastModifiedByUserID LastModifiedOnDate 169 323 1 1 0 NULL 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.500 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.500 170 323 2 1 0 NULL 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.530 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.530 171 323 1 1 1 NULL 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.547 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.547 172 323 1 1 NULL 1 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.560 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.560 173 323 2 1 NULL 1 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.623 1 2010-09-30 13:02:20.623 I tried adding the Host user in the ModuleSettings and giving him permissions to View and Edit the module. Is this is info correct. The Host User ID is 1 and RoleID 1 is Administrators
