Email addresses like "john.doe@domain.com" fail in the feedback module V5.0.2. The user gets the "Your feedback could not be sent..... following address(es) '' with no addresses listed. DNN V 5.05.00.

Seems to work correctly for all other email addresses.

Thanks,

Gary

Sorry that does not help. I believe you missed the point.

The Feedback module send for any email address EXCEPT one that has a period in front of the @ symbol. If there is no email in front, it sends emails just fine.

This format: johndoe@domain.com will send

This format: john.doe@domain.com Errors Out.

Can  you provide some more details about your DNN and Feedback module version? And also if you don't mind to share the URL of your website.

Rashid, the site is www.cascadecolumbia.com. "Contact Us" page. The external side of this site is very limited.

I do not know what other specifics to give. My original post has Feedback version and DNN version.

Again the form works fine if there is not a period in from of the @ symbol of the email address.

Thanks,

Gary
