I think this page needs to be edited...
http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/D...

The PE 30 day trial version is not 6.1 it is 6.0.2 !

Same for CE version if using Web platform Installer.
I understand it take some time to fix the right version but its rather easy to use a CMS like DNN and edit the page so users not get fooled getting the wrong version.

I personaly got suprised -- oh have they done this already......
but it ended oh they fool me - cant they do anything right from begining.

I sugest a update of the Product managment release instructions manual....

Hi Jan,
Thanks for the feedback. We have already taken the necessary steps to have those packages updated. It isn't as easy as you would think since we don't control Microsoft's Web Platform Installer. Hopefully the WPI team will update our packages shortly.

Thanks,
Will

OK Will , then you just have to change the text on the download page until it works.
With a professional CMS this coud be done in seconds.

Did a new test today..

Same result.

Maybe its just me but I think its rather arogant to have wrong information when its
a known problem.

A little I don't care about the user/customer. I have no time to inform,  its better the user take his time. I dont care if he got wrong download.
