I'm looking for an e-mail client plug-in for the active social module. Basically a module that will provide web-mail for active social users, to compliment the chat, group, & weblog functions of the software.

Thanks

Alexander

I think this is already included in script internal function. I have seen it somewhere.

DNN 6.2.0 will include main functions of Active Social and a MessageCenter module, which will replace Messaging module of previous versions and allows for sending and receiving messages between website members. I am not aware of a real mail client module, for receiving mails from outside DNN.

Cheers from Germany,

Hmmm...then I am not sure you can help me either.

I have an organization that uses the new DNN 6.2 social features for leaders to communicate. However, the one tool they really need is basically an email tool.

What they would like is something that if someone sends out a message to the group, and someone else replies, that reply also goes out to the whole group. Much like how the old Yahoo! Groups use to work. I haven't been on Yahoo! in ages, so don't know if they still do that. But this organization would like this email function within their group website.

Do you know what I mean?
