I have just upgraded to 07.02.01 (367) and when i now go to the "Parent Page" setting in page settings, the list of pages returned does not represent my actual hierarchy.  It lists the pages but not how they actually are and some are missing

Do other people have this issue?

That's a known issue which is already entered a couple of times in Jira, the DNN support tracker - DNN-3878 most recently. It has existed since the page selector drop-down control was re-designed back in 7.1.x. I have had to use the administrator level Page Management tree to move newly created pages under a disabled top level page. Unfortunately, this workaround is not available to those users who do not have administrator level permissions.
