Hello,

I have a client with a website and they have several devices for which they use to login to their site, which is running DNN 8.0.3.

Up until a month ago, they never had any problems, but now have a handful of computers (5 of 10) that are unable to log into the CMS. I've remoted into their computers and have:
-Disabled/enabled antivirus (Norton 360) and the firewall
-Tested and verified strong internet connections
-Enabled Javascript
-Updated/reinstalled Chrome and Firefox
-Disabled all extensions
-Dug for viruses
-Deleted cache and cookies
-Ensured their site wasn't listed as restricted in Internet Options via the Control Panel in Windows

Even after all of this, I'm still getting the following error in the Web Console: Uncaught ReferenceError: "WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions is not defined"

When trying to login, clicking the login button does nothing. Nothing is loading, which is why I'm getting a "not defined".

Can anyone help me on this?

The only time I've run into this is when the web browser had JavaScript disabled.

Have you debugged this yet using web developer tools or something? It sounds like you might have a cascading javascript error being thrown, possibly causing this.

Also, you should know that issues like this are very often caused by custom and/or third party extensions.

You can also configure DNN to output logs. Under the 'DotNetNuke.log4net.config' file, you need set:

After that, inside the: ~\Portals\_default\Logs folder, will be log files. These additional information can help you to track down login issue.
