Is anyone aware if there is an Image Manipulation Module out there, one that can crop images to a specified size?

I was using WESNet's Image Editor v4.0...but in the latest DNN release 8.x is started getting hinky. I edited the source code as best I could to get it working, and I got it to work in Chrome. But in MSIE it is completely crazy and doesn't function.

I need to be able to upload images and afterwards display the image with a "target" box that allows you to select the area of the picture you will be cropping and saving. For example, I upload a picture that is 400x550, but I need the image display as 300x300. So after I upload the image, I am directed to a page where I see my image and I am given a 300x300 box that hovers over my image. I can move the box so that I can "select" the area I want to crop to make my new 300x300 image.

Anything like that out there? Thanks for any assistance.
