Dear Community,

I am running still on DNN 7, and before upgrading to DNN 9, I wanted to zip and backup my existing files.

When doing so, the zip-process got abandoned because a corrupted file. Further investigation revealed that it is this file

wwwroot\images\nul.KTBFimages.asp

When I try to open this file, I get this error message:

Error reading file content
Array cannot be null. Parameter name: bytes

What should I do? Should I delete this file, do the upgrade and hope for the best? Or is there a source where I can get an uncorrupted version of this file from? Or would you opt for another approach?

Issue is solved. I have deleted the file wwwroot\images\nul.KTBFimages.asp without any observable degradation on the software.

Now I will upgrade to the latest build of DNN.

Sven,

this file does not exist in a normal DNN installation - I guess it was a good idea to delete it...

Happy DNNing!
Michael
