I saw the other forum posting and there doesn't seem to be an answer for that one.  Hopefully someone can shed some light.

When trying to create a parent portal under the host account, I get  "An Error Has Occured".  In event viewer, I get this log entry:

My setup is a windows 2003 server running IIS 6 and SQL 2005 Enterprise.  What do yall need to know?
