If I use an HTTP header viewer and GET http://49thLatitude.com/DNN I am returned a 301 redirect whereas if I GET http://49thLatitude.com/DNN/ with the trailing / I get the expected 200 OK header. Could this be the reason my aliases are not working? They are getting 302 FOUNDs redirected to my actual hosting dir URL originally until I switched the default portal to the second portal I created and now the 302 resposnes redirect to the 2nd portal which never responds.

Ideas? Dave

Thanks to jraven my original problem of aliased domain portal names not working is solved! Referenced post was updated as to how which was basically to add the /DNN subdir to the alias names which was not documented.

Still, it seems strange that browsing http://49thLatitude.com/DNN I am returned a 301 MOVED redirect to http://49thLatitude.com/DNN/ especially when the defualt portal has the uneditable alias of http://49thLatitude.com/DNN without the trailing / char.
