I have the same problem. In all my CSS's I have defined all fonts in all locations as "Arial". But the text of the announcements is in Times New Roman, unless I specifically format it as Arial in the Editor. Weird...

Thanks for any help,
Vera

The announcements fonts are covered by two classes:

The announcement title:
.SubHead{
font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial;
}

The announcement description:

Should be affected by the .Normal{} class for your skin - otherwise, or to override conflicting classes, use

.DNN_ANN_Description{
font-family: Verdana,Tahoma,Arial;
}

You'll find that the announcements module automatically loads its own css, which is overridden by the skin stylesheet, if relevant. The default announcements styles shouldn't have any font family assigned.

PS - Note that CSS classes are case-sensitive, and many DNN modules reference .Normal instead of .normal. Your skin may already use a .normal class, but add the .Normal as well to cover all of your bases!
