Howdy,

I was running a brand new version 4.5 and then upgraded to 4.5.1 and the issue that I was initially seeing went away (Not showing images in image gallery.)

Issue I'm having now after the upgrade is I can not select any images in the gallery.

When I push the Insert/Edit Image button the Image Properties window shows up. I press browse server it pops open the image gallery window but I can not select any images. However it Pops Under the Image Properties window and can not select anything as it forces me back to the Image Properties window.

If I cancel out of the Image Properties window then click select Image I get the following Java Script Error.

Line:19
Char:3
Code:0
Error:Object doesn't support this property or method
URL:http://www.mywebsite.com/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/FckHtmlEditorProvider/fckimagegallery.aspx?FCKTheme=MoreInfo&Type=Image&tabid=54&RootFolder=%2fPortals%2f1%2f&CurrentFolder=%2f

This is occuring even after upgrading the provider from the FCKEditor section on the site.

Thanks Again,
Owen

Are you keeping the web.config from your old DNN version??... Note that DNN 4.5.1 changed the way FCK is managed (Changed the path where the editor is located). That involved changes in the FCKeditor provider section at web.config.

If that seems to be ok. Please try to show us a screen shot. This could give us a better idea of your problem.

Alright so this is an issue that I have no idea how to get a work around.

I have downloaded Version 4.5.1 full version to get the web.config from it.

I renamed my old web.config from version 4.5 to web.config.old

Changed my connection settings and copied over the 4.5.1 web.config to my site.

I can't log in, it won't let me log in with my host ID or admin ID.

So instead I reverted back to my old web.config and I copied and pasted the <htmleditor>  ......  </htmleditor> information from the web.config for 4.5.1. Still get the same Java Script Error.

Image 1. This shows the Image Properties Window Popping up Infront of the image gallery

At this point I click Cancel then click on an Image. Nothing happens but in the lower left corner of my browser a script error notification appears

Image 2. Shows the Java Script Error when I try to select the image and will not do anything.

Grrr.... After writting this I tested in IE and I got a popup warning notification...

It worked now :P
