first: please do not use capitals when posting messages. Your question will not be more important because of this.

in general it is bad form to put javascript inside rich text. on top of FCK editor filtering some of it out, several modules also filter out javascript (such as the forums module)

Erik is right. Allowing users to enter javascript is dangerous because users can use this option to include malicius javascript code.
