When I try to add an image to a page, I click the Insert/Edit Image button and it opens up a new window but when I click the Browse Server button under the Image Info tab, it opens up a new window saying

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

But if I go to the Link tab and click Browse Server, everything works fine.

I thought the FCK editor was corrupt so I downlaoded a new one from the DNN site and installed it but same error.

Currently running DNN 4.08.04

Any help would be appreciated.

please review your DNN Log to see what error appears after your issue appears.

Why people still use FCKeditor is beyond me.

Use CKeditor.

please upgrade your installation at least to DNN 4.9.5, and you may safely upgrade to CKEditor 3 (dnnckeditor.codeplex.com)
