Ouch!  Modified By Alex Shirley on 7/24/2006 6:19:37 PM

Hi there....

In DNN 4.3.3 I was using the forums module. I decided to force the FCKeditor width to 400px and apply this to the module. Worked no problems.

I then attempted to do exactly the same thing for the height and I now get the below error message every time I try and edit text in the forums. I now no longer see FCKEditor for this module so I can't change the setting back.

Where can I find this forced height setting in the database so I can reset it and and hopefully bring an end to the problem? I've checked the ModuleSettings table but I don't see the setting stored in there.

Is this a FCKEditor bug or is it something I simply should not have attempted?
Note my culture is set as English (United Kingdom) en-GB, I see some locale info in that error message (but perhaps this is not relevant).

Many thanks!

Alex

Alex, the problem seem to be a non numeric value was entered. I will validate that for the next release

Can you post the error from your log?

Locopon I believe the only thing logged is what I have pasted into initial post.

I could be wrong but I think it accepted the value (wrote it to the database) and now won't read it back (that's the error log I pasted). I shall double check to see if there is anything else. You might be able to recreate the problem following the instructions from my initial post.

In the meantime would you know where this dodgy non numeric value (forced height) might have been stored to I can wipe it out or change it? I can't find it anywhere!

Many thanks

Alex

I'm also seeing this error when trying to set the default Width / height for a specific module, but in addition I'm also getting duplicate key errors.
