Help!
Ok, I know I am a newbie so I've probably done something stupid but after installing per the instructions and I open a text/html module to edit I get the following error where the editor should be:

Not Found

The requested document was not found on this server.

I am using DNN 4.3.3 and the fckprovider 01.00.04. I copy and pasted the web.config items just as they were from the intall directions, put the provider.dll into the bin folder, and copied the fckprovider folder into the the htmlproviders folder (where the ftbprovider folder was located).

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Greg

Ok, I deleted the provider folder, tried it again and this time I did like the instructions told me to and uploaded the entire provider folder from the .zip file to my dnn root folder. I didn't do this the first two times because I was afraid that the new folder being uploaded would overwrite the provider folder that was already in the DNN root folder and I would lose my ftbprovider and be screwed if I couldn't get FCK to work. It didn't even ask me if I wanted to overwrite the current provider folder? And I don't really know why. Anyway, it works now! Whoohoo! Although during the upload my ftp client log gave me quite a few lines like the one below while it was uploading:

[18:55:19] Remote file exist check: "toolbar.arrowright.gif".
[18:55:19] SIZE toolbar.arrowright.gif
[18:55:19] 550 No such file.
[18:55:19] File size check (SIZE) failed. File not found or permission denied.
[18:55:19] PASV

Is this suppose to be this way?

Thanks
Greg

You must check your permissions inside your hosting file system

You must follow the instruction when installing. If you don't copy a file, then you will receive some unexpected behavior
