I'm following the Creating a DotNetNuke® Module using LINQ to SQL For absolute beginners!  The install and setup went perfectly, however, when I try to  Right-click on the  LinqThings4Sale directory located under the App_Code directory and select Add New Item the "LINQ to SQL Classes template" is mssing.

Does anybody know why  Visual Web Developer 2008 would not have installed the LINQ to SQL Classes template, or how I can update my installation so the "LINQ to SQL Classes template shows under "Add New Item"?

Thanks
